Use of this website is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Genesis Labs reserves the right to request valid identification and cancel accounts that fail verification.

Research Use Only (RUO) Designation

The products provided by Genesis Labs are classified as Research Use Only (RUO) materials. These items are designed solely for laboratory research and analytical applications. They are not considered pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, or dietary supplements, and have not been assessed or authorized by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not suitable for human or veterinary use, clinical purposes, therapeutic use, or diagnostic applications. By purchasing from Genesis Labs customers confirm and agree that all products will be utilized exclusively for authorized laboratory research, in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Philippine Regulatory Framework

Our products are classified as research chemicals — not pharmaceutical products, controlled substances, or food supplements.

RA 9165 - Dangerous Drugs Act - No products classified as dangerous or controlled. Verified against DDB schedules.
FDA (RA 9711) - FDA Act of 2009 - Not evaluated by Philippine FDA. No therapeutic or health claims made.
RA 10173 - Data Privacy Act - Personal data processed per NPC requirements with full security measures.
RA 7394 - Consumer Act - Fair trade practices. Truthful descriptions. COAs available for verification.

Product Classification & Intended Use

All compounds are research chemicals for in vitro use only — outside the scope of FDA drug registration.

Product Quality & COA

All Genesis Labs compounds are sourced from verified manufacturers and tested by independent third-party laboratories. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming identity and purity (≥98%) is available for every batch.

COAs are provided upon request. If you receive a product and have questions about batch testing, contact us and we will provide the relevant COA.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include any applicable VAT unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to update prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing or descriptive errors at any time without prior notice. If we discover a material pricing error after you place an order, we will notify you and offer to either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel and refund.

We accept the following payment methods: GCash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank).

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order in our reasonable discretion (for example, to address suspected fraud, address verification failures, or stock issues).

Users must follow payment instructions provided at checkout, including the unique reference code. Including prohibited keywords (e.g., specific compound names) in GCash or memo fields may result in payment rejection. Orders are processed only after payment verification is complete.

Orders can be cancelled within two (2) hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Email info@genesislabsruo.com with your order number to request a cancellation.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Genesis Labs makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the fitness of any product for any purpose beyond in vitro research.
Upon delivery, full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of all purchased compounds transfers to the buyer.
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Genesis Labs, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the mishandling, misuse, or unintended application of supplied compounds.
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring their research activities comply with local Philippine regulations and institutional oversight.
